One of the latest internet phenoms is make-up artist extraordinnaire, Michelle Phan. The story goes that a few years ago she applied for a position at an in-store Lancome counter and was turned down. She was so dedicated to her passion for make-up that she decided to start posting her own video turorials to Youtube. Fast forward three years and as luck would have it, she's now a video consultant for the entire company with over 20 million! hits now on Youtube.

Since, it's believed that many women learn how to apply make-up as teenagers (usually from other teenagers) and rarely update their looks from that point on, I thought that it would be helpful for the young and the young-at-heart to learn the proper way to apply makeup, at home. So it's up to you, continue with the 1980's blue eye shadow or update your look today with Ms. Phan.
