I first heard of CH Wine, founded by Cameron Hughes and his partner, Jessica Kogan, from an article in the Wall Street Journal (May 7, 2010). The goal of CH Wine is to deliver the best international & domestic wine values for today's marketplace. Simply put, they buy excess stock from some of the country's top wineries, re-lable the bottles and sell them at bargain prices at such big box stores as Costco. High-end quality; inexpensive price.
